Fair Work Standards

FWS Limerick edit Doras Luimní are launching a new campaign, which aims to raise awareness of employment rights and work standards in Limerick.  The campaign will focus on the rights of migrants in vulnerable work sectors – hospitality, care work, agriculture, security, retail among others.

Migrants make up a significant part of the Irish work force, yet they are often victims of employment rights violations. This campaign aims to improve the work standards and practices in a number of workplaces throughout Limerick, as well as increasing awareness of employment rights among employees.

The campaign will be launched on 27th November in the Hunt Museum. For more information on the campaign or the launch event, please contact Mariaam Bhatti at or Patricia Stapleton at
